I am on a mission to help women in their 40s & beyond achieve their ideal weight, feel confident and at ease in their body and have the energy to perform at their best.

When I first began my own weight loss journey I was so frustrated that despite following all of the mainstream advice (eat less/move more) the number on the scales wouldn't budge!

I now know that for women in our 40s, there is so much more that impacts our ability to lose weight. When I started to eat & exercise in line with my hormones, metabolism and mindset... the weight started to melt away like magic!

How much weight can I expect to lose?

I am committed to helping women lose weight healthily AND be able to keep it off too. With this in mind, it would be fair to expect to lose up to 15lbs during our 16 weeks together if you stick to the programme.

I will of course say I cannot guarantee results as every body is different. This is why I offer a complimentary call to discuss your specific goals and whether this programme can support you.

Am I going to be starving all the time?

Absolutely not! In fact, women often comment on how satiated they feel using the methods taught in this programme!

I'm interested, but also super busy at the moment, How much time does this take?

Most women take about an hour a week to complete the module. This is available on demand to fit around your schedule.

There is also an optional (but highly recommended) live coaching call for the duration of the 16-weeks where you can bring your specific questions or concerns.

Now isn't a good time for me, will you be running this again?

I run the Metabolic & Mindset Reset at certain points throughout the year but... I would lovingly say: there is never a "good time" to lose weight.

There are always family commitments, holidays, work deadlines, half-terms and a plethora of over demands on our time.

I often find that when women who are interested but hesitant tell me they're worried about time, it's actually that they often don't have time spare to spend on something that doesn't work.

(FYI, I totally get it! My time is precious and I never want to waste it!)

From my experience of helping 100s of women in their 40s lose weight I can tell you this:

Successfully losing weight is about 20% knowing what to do & 80% having the guidance, support and coaching to address the deeper issues which prevent you from using that knowledge effectively.

We all have so many blindspots around our food habits and behaviours, and having my hands-on support is the crucial difference that makes this method work, vs. just being another weight loss attempt that failed.

My role is to make it nearly impossible for you to fail.

Your initial Metabolic Consultation Call is free and is there to help me complete a mini-assessment to determine whether this programme will be appropriate for helping you get results. The programme is highly personalised and looks different for everyone but the investments start as little as £325/$415 per month.

When does the Metabolic & Mindset Reset Method start?

There's no set intake date; you can start as soon as you've had your Metabolic Consult Call if you want to! Equally, there's no pressure, and if you need a few days or even week to work through introductory steps, that's fine too!
